It's there but not quite there. Lots of positives.
Titus Welliwer is perfect as Harry Bosch, the famous detective from
Michael Connelly novels. A good actor, nothing too flashy, a common man, coplike, suits the suit. And the story, it's all good stuff. Brilliant even. But still, at times, it feels like it's too quickly assembled together, overshadows the stories, standard issue fastly produced television.
