Since I saw it back in the day - watched it then a few times in fact - and I have always thought this as
Quentin Tarantino's most underrated gem and it's fucklots better than said everywhere. Partly it's still true, but - watched it again yesterday - and somewhere along the years it has lost some of its appeal. Great writing and great acting (
De Niro and
Jackson, in particular), but at the same time there's lots of leeway in the story. Dunno, maybe I'll watch it again in few years time and it's the greatest movie ever made.
