Time is not a garden hose

Intentionally weird - and I usually hate those fuckers. I didn't give a damn of this so called stoner movie either, not that I can say I understood it all. The ins and outs and the core of the story is more than likely explained thoroughly somewhere, but I don't have time for such nonsense.
