Based on the crimes of Rodney Alcala, a serial killer and sex offender, conclusively linked to nine murders, but the true number of victims remains unknown and could be as high as 130. The oppressive atmosphere of the film sends chills down your spine. And the slow narration deepens it even more. A frightening thing.
