The Beatles never existed. The band has been wiped out from the collective memory of all the other people in the world. Soon Jack realizes the fame and fortune he could summon. Too bad that the movie didn't utilize the original idea much further because the semi-romantic mush they also had in mind didn't bring that much value to the story.
