All the best doctors are in the gulag or dead

Josef Stalin is dead and his lackeys, while seemingly in lament, are nitpicking over trivial matters and cunning against each other for power to redeem Soviet people's trust from Stalin's great shadow. Quite near excellent political satire and farce. Great cast, Steve Buscemi as Nikita Khrushchev, Michael Palin as Vyacheslav Molotov and Simon Russell Beale as Lavrenti Beria.
