An instrument of the Almighty
An SS-officer is ordered to both protect and spy Wilhelm II, a retired German Emperor, in the recently occupied Belgium. Reminiscing his past as one of the key figures in the First World War, The Kaiser is an interesting character and Christopher Plummer makes a most out of it, however Jai Courtney perform practically nothing at all as the cocky young officer in the bit lusterless story.
