The utopian story of the movie was so fucken rubbish that I was actually quite pleased the actors playing it were equally bad, so it was wholly shite and I don't need to pinpoint anything positive, anything at all.

Right between the eyes baby

Fast-paced French action fuckery that offers lotsa nonsense and absolutely nothing new, but at least it galloped like a motherfucker.

Shrouded by black clouds

Sean Penn as an aging rock star on a nazi hunt. Slightly off-kilter road movie that at times is genuinely funny and heartfelt, and sometimes it's artsy shite boring.

Hell's bollocks

For thirty years, these brits have been funny and entertaining as fuck. But it's difficult keeping up in being funny for thirty years.

Yet again, a season packed up with brilliant episodes (The Opposite, The Hamptons, The Marine Biologist, The Puffy Shirt) and I'm sucking 'em down like Coca-Cola.

The siege of Stalingrad

Bunch of TV nobodies trying to act for a living, and fail. The director and writer and everyone else involved probably did their work with their eyes shut. Don't remember shit of the Peckinpah original, but I'm sure it's more than decent and I'm quite convinced he jumps from his grave and kills everyone when he sees this, mad-angry.

Sic vis pacem, bara bellum

The second part of Jens Lapidus Stockholm Noir. Sweden's crime syndicates and bent cops in full battle.

Fatten up the pig

Police force is someone not to fuck with in Rio de Janeiro's favelas. Top-notch no-shit depiction of corruption and crime.

Too many ornaments

Sometimes it was hilariously funny and surprisingly witty. On the other hand, Karl Pilkington is a crybaby and on a long run his whining gets to you.

Nocturnal and nameless

There are thousands of movies like this in every town. Some of these sentimental fucks are alright, some of them aren't.

Fight darkness with darkness

Vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters, fairies, werepanthers (!) and witches gone amok. Sometimes TV is the cool cinema.

The odor of Kronos is killing me

In principle, this is a very-low key movie with no story whatsover, a film about nothing. But, really, only in principle, it still has four fine actors with brilliant words who make and carry the movie which, in the end, is quite exquisite, hilariously funny and clever. One of the best ones I've seen this year.

Demons are coming out

Some reasonable talent in people like Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Sam Rockwell and Clancy Brown, but of course someone wrote them a movie that is complete turd.

Armed with a rusty nail

The twist at the end of this plotholed movie was painfully constrained and Topher Grace's charisma was breath-takingly nonexistent.
