There's nothing wrong at such with The Dig, it’s a wonderfully acted period film set in Suffolk, Britain, in 1939. A slow-burner, but interesting and historically accurate story of the Sutton Hoo cemetaries that archeologists dug open and excavated. Directed by Simon Stone, a young new talent from Australia.
