Disturbed by a restless soul

The villagers call her a witch, or a nazi witch, the lone folklorist doing her research and writing her books in a county of Kent during World War II. She is sent a boy Frank, an evacuee from London, the city that is attacked by German bombers every so often. It's a nice drama doused with intriguing folklore, sadness, heart warming moments and a surprise twist.
