If you can't fight, dont show your teeth

Maybe this is Darren Aronofsky taking a break, because Caught Stealing is not his kind of film at all. A good crime film, but it can't really tell if it's a serious mafia-style flick or a crime comedy like Snatch, Lucky Number Slevin or Bullet Train. There's some hardcore brutality and violence, but at other times it tries to be funny. And the fun of the film isn't very funny. They even brought a cat - as a fluffy eye-catcher - with them to the shoot, as if to underline the fact that they didn't really know what to do.
