All oppression creates a state of war

Terry Monroe (Alexander Skarsgård) and Bob Bolaño (Michael Peña) are cops corrupted as fuck and in a fast-paced confusing story they're after a bagful of money. Whoever wrote this shit must have thought there was the funniest and most clever buddy comedy script in years in the making. It's annoyingly pretentious and make everyone look like retards.
