Me and Earl and the Dying Girl is about this guy Greg and his friends Earl and Rachel, the latter of whom is dying of cancer. It's kind of sophisticated drama, with toe-to-toe serious and comedic undertones, that you can't but like really, but on the other hand, it's what it is: a piece of average film that you forget so very easily.
