In the hustle and bustle of Tango Festival in Seinäjoki, Finland, the former tango singer meets a ministerial entourage, including his daughter, the personal assistant to the Minister of Economic Affairs. This mixed group spends a long weekend in Ostrobothnia and they each have their own worries and dreams.
