Bride kidnapping is a practice in which a man abducts the woman he wishes to marry. Apparently this is still practised in Caucasus and Central Asia. Everywhere else, it's a sex crime. This Kyrgyz film, by Mirlan Abdykalykov, shows how cruel and repulsively inhuman the world really is.
