How black a heart can be

John Rambo has set foot in the Arizona desert training horses and digging tunnels for fun. That is until his friend goes missing in Mexico and it seems Mexican mafia has kidnapped her. So Rambo goes against the notorious drugs and prostitute cartel who are armed to teeth. Luckily Rambo is pretty good at the killing business.
