After a month, we ate the weak

A dystopian society and the world has frozen solid. A bullet train as its own enclosed ecosystem circles around the globe and holds the remains of all life. However the tail section ain't too happy eating crap and themselves, so they get very rebellious. Sounds a tad silly, but was quite alrite.
