Heart on the burning sands
Came from the telly and I kinda stuck watching it. Wasn't that bad, coulda wasted the Sunday morning mucha worse methinks.
Escaping from criminals
This was something I was really really looking forward to and when in the end it turns out to be nothing but an average flick, I was somewhat disappointed. The pain and suffering of the supposedly true story weren't executed believably enough.

Bobo wants to go to Delmar
Somehow I expected so much of this, heard through the grapevine that it's the one to watch, based on a Jim Thompson novel and all. Well, it did nothing to me, pretty standard crime stuff.

Comets are coming
A low-key hillbilly crime caper. Enjoyable enough, short enough (1:12), nicely depicts some Canadian backwoods city, interesting soundtrack to boot.
In love with a fantasy
Nothing's much amiss in this Woody Allen's cultural adventure. Very joyful little movie, one of his best no doubt.

Don't turn your head
People say that this is an intelligent, intriguing and frightening mystery/horror movie. I think nothing in it made any sense, pure rubbish in other words - and painful to watch.
Ten stray dogs can kill a lion
Can quite well admit it. Rome is one of the very best television shows I've seen. Utterly fukkerly brilliant.

All fires are bad
One of my favourite movies some 30 years ago, saw it a few dozen times back then. And, gladly, it hasn't lost much of its appeal.

Nothing is as healing as the human touch
This was good. I knew about this guy's reputation, his eccentricity and, obviously, his talent, but a whole bunch of new stuff rose as well.

Never compromise, not even in the face of Armageddon
The first time I saw this, I thought the fucker was spellbindingly great, the second time round and it ain't spellbinding, nor great.
Santa is out of control
Loved the downtrodden black humour and the cynical anti-christmas take, but still left a little disappointed.

Genocide chase
Quite effortlessly the director Gilles Paquet-Brenner weaves through in between modern day and the day and age and horrors of WWII and at the same time slowly unfolds the actual riddle in the story.

All this and more
A stand-up comedian struggles to co-parent his autistic son. A simple story, seen many times before, but solid and entertaining little flick...
